Classes and Workshops.

Payments
Payment for your class must be made before the class commences. This can be made via our website, partner booking platform or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 12 before the class will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Omnia Wellness
In the unlikely event that Omnia Wellness cancels a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their payment to another class or workshop.

Retreats.

Deposit
When booking a retreat, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your spot and covers our initial administrative costs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the retreat will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

Retreat Cancellation by Omnia Wellness
In the unlikely event that Omnia Wellness cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit. Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their payment to a future retreat.
